Puredistance Black is a discreetly elegant and mysteriously seductive fragrance, inspired by the concept of BLACK; an idea that for centuries has been associated with secrecy, mystery and style. Puredistance BLACK was created in Paris by renowned French perfumer Antoine Lie, based on an idea by Puredistance founder Jan Ewoud Vos.

The essence of his inspiration was to create a fragrance that’s close to the wearer, releasing elegant layers of fragrance in a whisper, without shouting it out. A puzzling fragrance that stays in the shadows, betraying, only now and then, a part of its delicate nature.

Antoine loved the idea and created a sophisticated, charming fragrance with the same elegant personality as the eternal classic Puredistance I, but with a more masculine, oriental feel.
